Pole bean question

Hey you guys!

I have some pole beans in the garden that I put out at the end of May. I have two questions.
1- They are about to reach the end of the trellis, what do I do then?
2-They have TONS of leaves and are green and healthy, but no flowers and no beans. Should I be doing something to cause them to be fruitful and multiply?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice. Carolyn P.

RE: Pole bean question

Your beans sound fine to me. I put mine out on 5/4 and they hit the top of my trellis (7 feet) about a month ago. They didn't start to flower till they started flopping off the top, and my first mess of beans was last week, so yours seem to be right on that same track. Actually, the timing was perfect as the bush beans had pooped out.

If they're healthy, just give 'em time, and enjoy those fresh beans when they come!
