Do Mid-Season Potatoes Flower Once or Twice?

| I am interested in growing potatoes in a potato bin next year and have read that late varieties flower twice allowing them to set "fruit" twice and also that early varieties only flower once. Does anyone know whether or not mid-season potatoes typically flower once or twice or if it depends on the variety? I would love to have more of a selection to choose from when planning next years garden. Thanks! |
