| He grew it in New York state which I thought was interesting as I would have expected it some place with a warmer climate. Still that is wild being an annual. My first thought was maybe I could grow a quick windbreak! |

| There is a thread in the veggie forum about this plant. Apparently it is a grain substitute. Somehow you eat it like wheat, though way before it gets this big. It's easy and quick to grow and very nutritious. So I read. Wierd is what I say! |
