Does anyone have a template for excel or word they use for planning their square foot gardening?

I don't have a template as such, but this year I laid out my whole garden in a grid in Excel. I have one grid square per square foot and all the paths and beds are highlighted, so it's really easy to see what bed is where, and what gets planted in each bed.

For each bed I also have a timeline with rough indications of what will get planted in each square and when it will be harvested. I don't adhere to it rigorously (nor do the plants!) but it's a help when I find myself wondering what needs to be done next. It also makes companion gardening easier to plan.

I have a master spreadsheet that has all my information in it. A grid layout for what gets planted where, a sheet to keep track of my seed-starting, a sheet for harvest totals, one to track costs, etc.
