Try adding a '2' behind the word 'forums' in the URL. Someone discovered and mentioned this a week or so. I think the site is doing some server swapping around, and so they have bits on the new server and other bits on the old server...they haven't updated their links properly though...you'll find that to get to the gallery, you have to *delete* the 2, whereas for these old posts, you need to *add* the 2. :)

cboy, I caused you to miss my point, entirely ---------------------------------------------------- No, it was my fault. I did a couple of searches and I couldn't see any order by date or alpabet. They did put a number beside each one. Using your example of searching for Vista I received poor results. I than searched for Vista OS and I received 59 hits. ------------------------------------------------------ As for doing a Search it's looks like it's best to go the Forums at the top - than click Home Forums to receive better results. Thanks, folks, I'll pass these suggestions on to her. She lives more than 100 miles from the nearest "computer shop" and is trying to fix the problem with her nephew's help. It has them both stumped. Yes, ever since she installed Microsoft.NET framework 2.0, service pack 2 security update for Windows Vista Service pack she can no longer search for anything (using any search engineÂGoogle, Yahoo, Mozilla). An index page will come up but none of the links/sites will open. She canÂt X-out of that screen. She has to hit Alt/ctl/delete and restart task manager; the whole system closes down and she has to log back on. She can open her bookmarks, but canÂt go anywhere from them. She has a Compaq Presario computer. Windows Vista home basic. She has run McAfeeÂs virtual technician and security scans. They said everything was fine. It isnÂt. She has shut down and restarted her computer several times. Nothing seems to work.
