| I know this is called Garden Web so maybe this is a bit OT. If you can not give us a sausage/meat forum --- can you add Sausage/Bacon/Meat to Harvest forum?? Just like some of the Vegetable forums have an Exchange partition we could have a Meat partition on the Harvest forum?? But we would prefer a separate MEAT forum.

The Vegetable/Vegetarian folks have their own forum. GW now is a really good time to give a forum to MEAT.

Count my vote in as well! It would be great to be able to tap into others preserving, processing, curing, smoking meat etc.

I vote for this one too. I know this is Garden Web, so a meat thread is kind of OT, but...Curing meat and making sausage is a way of preserving...we have our own animals, so it's sort of like growing our own meat ;)

When going thru the list of forums, it seems like they have a lot of forums that don't seem to generate much interest, why not give the Sausage/meat curing a try ?
