Is there any way to watch threads for new replies?

I know GW doesn't have a "watch this thread" feature but is there any program or software or something that will allow you to get email notifications of new replies in threads that you didn't start?

This request is 10+ years old. Ain't gonna happen apparently.

I'd like to at least see something under the "my profile" section that lists all threads you've posted in. I've found that even after checking the little box to get email updates when people comment after me in a thread, I don't get the emails. And searching for my user name doesn't return all the threads I've commented in.

Can you get some of what you want using clippings?

Have you tried a Google search on your user name? Try Googling ~ jeanerz13 Site:.Gardenweb.com ~

I found this "Find out how easy it is to keep track of your posts with My Clippings!" [followed by some graphics and instructions].

It was at the front of the Cooking forum. It is also somewhere else on one of these subject headings, perhaps out front of 'perennials'.

I had to start a new thread to see it.

I used to be able to find my threads easily with google and my username, but the indexing doesn't work the same anymore and I can't find anything like I used to. Very primitive forum. Too bad.
