What kind of plant is this?

My husband and I have a large vegetable garden and among the tomatoes and zucchini, we found this unusual plant. My hubby moved it and it sprang up very quickly. It has a huge green stem going into the ground. The spiky leaves are huge and smell like a fresh opened jar of peanut butter! I threw the large conch shell on the ground so you can see how big this plant is! Does anyone know what we have here? I don't see any flowers or fruit yet. We would love to know what this is!! Thank you!

That looks like a type of Oak tree leaf. Do you have a nearby Oak tree? The roots from our Oak tree are growing up through or flower garden, and it looks very similar

Thank you for your reply. My suspicion is either sumac or spirea plant. I am going to grow it in a separate container to avoid its roots being entangled with the snake plant roots. Let’s see what it will grow into! Not knowing is fun… or maybe not !? 🤔

The taxonomy is confusing but most sources consider Coleus scutellarioides as the correct botanical name for the plant with brightly colored and marked foliage we know as coleus. But there are literally zillions of cultivars on the market and many look quite similar so that's as precise as I can get for you :-) The care for all cultivars will be the same.
