| I have been working 5 years in the Department of Water Resources of University of Florida as a Research Scholar. Now that I learn the language (I'm from Chile) I want to study a Master degree(because I'm agronomic engineer) in a program where I could find a good job with a good salary but I'm a little confused. I have some options that I want to show you:
1. Master of Science sound good because I can advance my management skills through course work and graduate level research. I have been working in this area for 5 years and it is real fun. However it looks like is hard to find a job after you graduate from school.
2. The agribusiness program sound interesting because it teach you how to manage your own business and other people businesses with could be a good option. I thinks that learn about business is one of the most important skills that we should have. I don't know if these people have good work opportunities.
3. I have seen many PhD looking for a job working as a postdoc for years and when they find a job they have to move to a different state and leave everything because they need the job. I'm really scare that this situation happen to me. Thus, my last option is to study an MBA because in the worst case scenario I could create a business in any area that I want (even agriculture)or work a manager in any company. This idea is interesting but this is a new area for me and I don't know if it really helps.
Any suggestions about these or any other interesting graduate degree program?
