The first picture is the 'before.' I usually placed it outside on cloth rack. That night it felt off and the pot crack. I had to repot it in a bigger pot. I peeled off the moss, and slightly loosen up the bounded root system. I placed the tree in the new pot, spread some of the outter roots out and place new soil on top. The new soil is a mix of regular soil, pumice, and mulch. I didn't place the moss over.

For the last 6 weeks, I water regularly everyday, night and morning. The soil drain very well and no fertilizer. I placed the tree indoor with window light and no direct sunlight. No dry wind.

Ever since, the tip leaves burned and curved, then dried as paper and felt. Now there are multiple black spots on leaves and spreading every where.

If you zoom in, you'll see the leaves look terrible right now. I don't want to lose this tree.

I'm guessing the problem would either be the soil, or the water or maybe.. the moss? The water down here in Santa Ana, Southern California is harder than normal, has alkaline and high pH. but I've even been watering by drinking water.

Please I need help!

Hi khoab88,

Welcome to Garden Web!

I suggest you try asking at the link below. They are quite knowledgeable about plants in containers.
