need help for a weed infested fescue lawn

| HELP !!!! I live in the Charlotte area and my yard is being taken over by weeds. I am considering starting all over. I have fescue (builder put in). when can i start to kill off weeds and /or grass also. What would be the best /affordable grass to replace fescue with ? Thank you.......... Chief |
