But to answer your question, you basically have two options: Get Wolf to refund your money and buy a different model from a different manufacturer, or ask Wolf to exchange it for a gas or electric model. If you bought this unit via a reputable appliance dealer, enlist your salesperson to help you navigate this situation. They certainly don't want to risk the chance of bad Yelp reviews or miss the opportunity for you to be a repeat customer. Oh, and one other thought: if you happen to have purchased this item with a credit card, the credit card companies sometimes have purchase protection services. If the product is unsatisfactory, you might be able to get some or all of your money back.

When you are on the front page of the Harvest forum, you should see two different search forms. The one to use for results from Harvest only is the one on the top. It doesn't show up well, because it is white on white with pale gray lettering. But the form is to the right (at least in my browser) of the HOUZZ logo which is in the upper left corner. It is working for me today.

Having had problems with many LEDs, I would suspect it's the WFR8534 Receiver (aka "controller"), not the light kit which just consists of a bunch of LED bulbs mounted to a circuit board. Glad you confirmed that the receiver is not wired through a dimmer, just an on-off switch. Insufficient voltage and the wrong dimmer can cause LEDs to flicker.
