| My parents are moving to a retirement community in Henderson. They are putting in a lawn of some sort. I was wondering what plants, trees, etc. grow well in this part of the country. Do you know of a good landscaper? |

| Hello ... The best place to start is our cooperative extension service .. they have several free booklets that list trees and other plants known to do well here in the Las Vegas area. There are many landscapers in this town .. start by calling several licensed contractors from the yellow pages ... that's your best bet. Good Day ... |

| Another great resource is The Gardens at the Springs Preserve. It is in Las Vegas not Henderson however, they also have a great website you can check out. www.springspreserve.org |
