Help!!! urgently - about Paulownia Tree

I would like to plant Paulownia, but as they would need to be planted 1.5 m frm the boundary wall do you think their roots will damage, if so can you recommend alternatives

Actually I do know. I wrote an essay about these trees and I got to see one. It was very large and about 12 feet from the foundation but still it's roots protruded through it. So no it isn't a good choice unless it is out in the middle of the yard because it can destroy.
