Has anyone used this grass seed? Here's a website:

Also, we have a small slope in a small area (we terraced the rest of the slope). What is a good, low growing xeric plant to help with soil retention?

This sounds like a job for Mexican Evening Primrose.

Spreads via underground runners. Profusion of pink flowers from spring to frost. Loves the sun. About 12" tall.

Just make sure that you don't plant anything else there. It takes over everything.

There's a little beetle that likes to chomp on it. Won't kill it but you'll notice the leaves are a little ragged. A little Sevin takes care of them...and they don't show up every year.
