OH! It is raining in Phoenix, Arizona after 143 days with no measurable trace of rain at Sky Harbor International Airport on the OFFICIAL rain guage. It is cold, wet, and WINDY.
The wildflowers will begin sprouting on the Arizona deserts. Spring is on the way!!! |
