Moving sea lavender

| Hi, I'm new to this forum, I think--usually post on the Cacti and Succulents forum. I have several sea lavenders, which I think are probably Limonium californicum, and want to move them. They are all a few years old and mature. Will it kill them? Should I leave them where they are? Any advice much appreciated. |

| Sorry, I just saw some in Home Depot, and it is Limonium perezii, not californicum. Still hoping someone will know if it's safe to transplant them. The ones in question are blooming beautifully right now. |

| OK, so I'll answer my own question, now that several months have passed. I moved the thing and all its leaves wilted and stayed wilted for some time. I was afraid it wouldn't make it, but I watered it copiously from time to time, and now it has loads of new leaves, so obviously, sea lavenders can be moved successfully. |
