i have no idea what its like out there, since i am from new york :)

i imagine that the growing season is very long, and that the soil is dry.

i was thinking: roses, blueberries, tomatoes and a pear tree. also some strawberries to grow in a pot.

will these plants succeed? if not, what would you recomend?
