| Just was wondering if anyone in Albuquerque has had success in growing clematis here? I, being the hopeless plant addict that I am, bought some the other day without any idea where I was going to put them, nor how to really care for them.
I figured since my lilac does so well here, clematis should work too (?). But when it comes to vines, I'm more at home growing jasmine, honeysuckle, fuzzy kiwi, and passifloras...
Where I'm hoping to locate them is on the posts of my West facing patio, which is semi-shaded by a large elm tree. Think that'll work? I could run a soaker hose right over their feet, but they should also get some overspray from my lawn sprinklers.
