Is my Australia Willow Tree Ok?

3 years ago, our street had planted bounch Australia Willow trees. The one in front of my house was a Charlie Brown tree. So we decided to take good care of it. So we water it often and give it fertolizer once a year in the winter\sring time - we live in Southern Cal, and it never really get very cold.

Anyways, the Charlie Brown is growing pretty nicely and catching up with all the other trees on our street in size. But I am noticing one thing - our tree is more of a yellow green color than green, in compare to other trees on our street, our Charlie Brown is carrying a noticable yellow shade of color about its leafs. I am kind of concerned, is this tree healthy? Or is something going wrong with it? Am I doing some thing wrong to it (watering too much...)?

Thanks in advance for all your kind advices.

These plants require 15-20 gallons of water every month and since S. CA is experiencing a slight drought, I would guess your need to make sure it get this amount of water. You may have to double this amount of water until the drought lifts.
