Looking for Florida Xeriscape

I am looking for a yard in Florida that follows the xeriscape principles of grouping plants by their water requirements, limiting the lawn and using mulch. Prefer Brevard County. I would like to take pictures to illustrate an article I wrote for a local magazine.
