San Diego Landscaper Closing?

In North County some of my neighbors use Crossman Landscaping. I just noticed that their business property is up for sale.

Does anyone know if Crossman Landscaping is going out of business? I would hate for any of my friends to get burned on their maintenance contracts.

A business trying to get out from under their real estate in this depressed economy is precarious. These days a lot of Business property is 'encumbered' with SB Loans which means that if their property goes into foreclosure the bank will seize their company assests (tools and things) as well. This leaves the business with no way to fulfill contracts.

If you are looking for a great gardener in your area, there are plenty of independents in North County that would love your business. There is no need to get tangled up in some East County company that is having troubles.
