Curling leaves on NM privet

I have three NM Privets in my yard and they start out beautifully every spring. As summer comes on the new leaves start to come in thick and curled. It doesnt seem to be a problem for the two larger ones but one of them really appears to be suffering, and more vulnerable to pests. Any help?

On a drip (well more like two little showers) for an hour and twenty minutes every three or four days depending on heat.

I have one in Socorro that has had no water in two years. You might be overwatering them.

Try soaking them well (3-4 hours) and then leave them alone.
