too late to plant cold hardy cacti?

Hi, I was wondering if it's too late to plant cacti. I'm in south central Pa., zone 5-6.

Good time now. You probably have 10-12 more weeks of growth time to establish roots. You should be fine with weekly waterings if no rain, and sandy, fast draining soil.
