| i have a yacca seed pod a friend gave me. i need to know if i should plant the whole pod or if i should pop it open and take out the seeds and let them dry first. please let me know. thanks |

| I would recommend removing the seeds first. After they've dried, you can plant them. Good luck. |

| Open pod and remove seeds. Soak the seeds overnight, plant in a sandy potting soil, soak it and then soak it every week. They rot easily if they are too wet: imitate a rainy sping, with the intermittent rains, and they seem to sprout easily. |
