| The Monsoon season has officially begun in Phoenix. Starting July 2, we have had 3 consecutive days with averages of 55° for the dewpoint. That meets the technical requirement. |

| We got a huge thunderstorm with lightning and pouring rain Wednesday night. The dogs slept under the bed that night-hehe. Las Vegas area is getting hit with the monsoons daily. Fun, fun, fun!! |

Funny how animals react to lighting and rain storms. We have a Catahoula that run under any thing she could to feel safe then a female Chihuahua of ours just ran out having herself a ball jumping and trying to catch raindrops.

| That is so funny!!!! Animals are funny when it's stormy. One night years ago at our former house...we had a LOUD slap of thunder and my big dog made one tall jump on to our bed shaking like a leaf. Our bed is quite tall so I was laughing at her...I doubt she appreciated that but it was funny. I thought we would have a new bed partner but nope. We've had more storms in the mountains...I am getting to like rolling thunder. Logan (dog) still does not like it ;) beca |

Well, it is back to clear skies, full sunshine, and 110° today. A couple of days in the 90s were NICE. |
