Hi all,

I'm posting this to a couple of the warm climate gardening forums to let you all know that there's an "Adopt a Newbie" thread on the Plant Exchange Forum, and right now there are quite a few newbies in warm zones that are waiting to be adopted. If you "adopt" someone you send them a care package of plants and/or seed (most of them are willing to pay the postage), and help them get a good start by answering any questions they may have about gardening. It's a great way to help somebody and make a new gardening friend.
