Is it too early (hot) still to plant sweet peas?

RE: Sweet Peas?

Try pre-sprouting them indoors--lay them out between several layers of paper towels, keep them moist, and check them daily. When the little roots pop out, then plant them. Be careful not to break the new root!
Peas, including sweet peas, are most sensitive to wrong soil temperatures during the early stages of germination, before the plant emerges from the seed.
Good luck! : ])
