Anyone successfully grow candelilla (euphorbia antisyphilitica) in zone 7?

I have grown it successfully in Las Cruces for several seasons now, so if you're in The Heights in Alb., you can probably chance it in a sheltered Southwest exposure after Spring planting to give it time to establish.
