Berinda Ash Tree

| Hi - I have this Ash in the front yard in ABQ and the color of the leaves has not changed nor have they fallen off. With the recent cold they now look likethey are dying on the tree. Is this normal? Maybe the leaves don't change on this tree. This is its second fall in the yard but I can't remeber what happened last year.
