Rsidential rock screen

HELP. I have an older home. I live in the high desert of S AZ. My first mistake was cleaning existing rocks and putting the cloth stuff down. Weeds everywhere. Even if I blow the rocks several times per year. The old plastic (30 years) was torn up an missing in several locations. The cloth stuff is a joke. So working on the yard a second time. Putting down platic this time. Been working with a hand made screen, but I am 8 years older and could use some advice on a more user friendly rock xleaner/screener. I have searched and only find the commercial ones, not really residential. My (currently dead) mower has a Johnny bucket for moving rock but it only rises to maybe 9 inches. So even a mini commercial wouldn't work cause I dont have the lift. If Poulan pro ( PP) is designated can not resesitate, the problem could resolve it self with the bobcat of my dreams.....lol. I (and my neighbors who have lived through this project for several years) would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
