Starting a middle school gardening club

| Hey everybody,
Has anyone started or worked with a middle school gardening club? I'm looking for ideas and information on getting started. Thanks. :)

| Check with your county 4-H coordinator. I am a gardening project 4-H leader. There are wonderful materials to help you as you teach different age groups. Middle school kids can tell you what they would like to do if they are given choices. Experimental gardening, plant sales, fruit growing, plant crafting have been favorites of that age group. |

Check the high school too if they have an ag program/future farmers etc. They can probably help out to get it started.
Also, is there a local garden club? |
