I thought you might know of some local residents that may be interested in using the Raised Bed Gardens down at the Community Gardens on Sisson Road in Harwich, MA.

They are for anyone with mobility issues (for example arthritis, bad knees or back, etc.) - we do NOT call them handicapped gardens and anyone of ALL ages are welcome. It is free to have a plot - there are 7 raised beds and also 4 barrels. It is first come first serve and its free to use a plot. There is water there and anyone needing assistance can just ask another raised bed gardener. The soil was just admented this week -so they are ready for planting.
