 o
miniature veggies?

I found a great idea for a small kids garden that was all small veggies. They talked about little ball a mini baby beet, planet a small ball shaped carrot, baby egplants, little gem mini romaine, dwarf romaine, baby onions, tiny peas, cherries jubilee a new potato, ruby pearl a thumbsized tomato. but I can't seem to find any of these seeds around here. Does any one have any suggestions as to where to look? or if You have seen them at any of your local stores could I send a SASE and cost of seeds for someone to send me some? I'm renting right now and we are looking to purchase our first home right now but by the time we find a place it will be too late to start a garden but if I plant a traditional one here we will be leaving just as the veggies are ready for harvest and all our hard work will go to someone else. I wanted to let my children each have their very own baby garden in wooden boxes that they will help me build.
TIA
colleen

I grew Ruby Pearl tomatoes from seed...adorable & perfect for salads, tacos. Go to parkseed.com .. I didn't check this year, but hopefully they still offer the seeds. Good luck.
