K-Mart has them in the Martha Stewart gardening section too! Pretty flowered ones and plain ones!!! Very cute.

Great question!!!

I am only 5 ft 4 and VERY small hands (male, age 60) and most gloves do not fit, as well as some tools.

Found on sale at Rite-Aid some nice tools which fit my hands at a surprising price of 75 cents each. These are quality tools and I am proud to use them in my patio garden.

If someone knows where to find small gloves for me that are'nt feminine (no offence) please tell me.

The rubber coated string knit gloves are sooo wonderful, and the "small" size is a good fit for my pre-teen grandkids. They're kind of stretchy so make a good snug fit. These are my new favorite garden glove because I don't constantly feel the need to take them off to do something that requires a fine touch.

They wear great, wash fine, and I love them in mud/wet soil because they're waterproof but they breathe. They are at most stores, in either blue or green.

Some nurseries sell good quality leather kids gloves. I had some for my kids and they are still in good shape.

Some Farm Supply stores have "Chore Gloves" for kids, They work great for gardening also, and usually not quite as expensive as the specialty ones.

our local wal-mart has sets of garden tools for kids:
gloves, kneeling pad and an apron (I think) for about $5 total, which should work nicely. also in kid-frendly patterns (my son's has frogs catching flies on them)
