Hybiscus leaves suddenly turning yellow

I've got a 4' Hybiscus tree in a 10" pot that has been very healthy flowering great for the month we've had it, getting full sun on our deck and being watered once a day and fertizing it once every 10 days or so. Over the past week it has developed a serious case of yellow leaves and it appears to be getting worse.

Any suggestions??? More/Less water? repot?

Maybe the soil is overheating? They like lots of water, once a day might not be enough if it is very hot and the pot is small.
