I am not sure if the pic is working up there so I am going to try and post another link

Here is a link that might be useful: Fairy House Pic

Here's another link I am going to try and see if it will turn up.
It is my community homepage for webshots.
I see someone has seen the pic but it also comes up forbidden so we will give this a try.
If this doesn't work I am going to give up on this picture stuff I think. Sometimes it works for me and sometimes it sure doesn't.

Darling! The round steps and pine cone roof finish it beautifully. What kind of 'fairy plants' will you nestle it among?

To be honest, I am going to try and finish the house, build some outdoor furniture, a small pond near the house, and a nice rock pathway to the house for this year.
I do have a whole list of flowers I would like to plant around the house and such. I imagine it will take me this year to get it all built and organized and then next summer it will be ready for my flowers. I have daisies to transplant for one, pansies, cosmos, etc.
I am open to any suggestions everyone may have for flowers. More ideas coming for this task the better.

I can't wait! The kids are so excited. They spent a little while this afternoon helping me gather the pinecones to finish the "shingles" and we finsihed the twig "railing" around the deck. They can't wait to get started on little houses of their own that I will build and they will decorate.

Thanks for sharing your progress. We all look forward to seeing your little village grow. Of course you know - you are building much more than little houses here - you're building something priceless! Enjoy.
