Too late?

We live in the New England area and I was wondering if it's too late to plant a small butterfly garden? If not, anyone have any ideas on what plants are hardy enough for late summer/early fall in this area?

Would love to plant something fun for my preschooler and me to enjoy together.

Thanks!

Pop over to the butterfly forum and check with them. It has a bunch of regular posters who know quite a lot about butterfly gardening and are super nice people. I am sure there are several in your zone. Tell them DurtyKneez sent you!!
