I noticed you said it will be in a window? Direct sunlight in a terrarium will cook whatever is in there.

Thanks for the links Sherry. I'll check them out as I plan the terrarium. I read the Jade in the terrarium post which was full of information and will give me a great starting point and I will definatly search the other topics that cdfortin suggested.

As for the window, he said there isn't room on the ledge so he would put it on his lateral file which is about 3-4 ft from the window. He gets about 4-5 hours of direct afternoon sun but he keeps his blinds either closed or partial closed so his office gets warm but not very hot. Should I rethink the whole terriarium plan or would this be alright?
