Full StoryHey everyone,
I just discovered this section of GardenWeb and I'm anxious to share my plants with you all. My name is Ryan and I am currently a senior in high school. I've been growing trees for almost 3 years, and have been into bonsai for about the same. I grow ficus in leftover aquariums with great results, including the formation of aerial roots. Inside the tank I have an ultrasonic humidifier. The top is covered in plastic wrap. There is a light up on top. Here are some pictures:
The tank before:
The tank after (I had to palce gravel in the tank, as the pots were just sitting in water = not good):
Aerial root formed:
More pictures can be posted if anyone would like.
