Does anyone know a reliable source to buy these plants? Rhaphidopheras, etc? With a good selection?

No, afraid not. Pellonias are not shinglers, the seller is using the term erroneously. Shinglers are epiphytic climbers (Araceae) like Rhaphidopheras, Marcgravias, etc.
