I´m in Cosa Rica right now!! My hotel has internet access so I thought I might as well give you an update. Right now I am in the Manuel Antonio national park in Quepos, which is a tropical rainforest. I´ve already been to the Arenal Volcano region, a place where primary and tropical forests meet in the midst of an acvtive volcano. I´ve also stayed in Monteverde for three days, which has cloud forests. On an older tree there, there are over 300 species of epiphites!! Absolutely incredible!! They discover 10 new species of plants here daily!

As far as wildlife, I´ve seen tons. Caimans, crocodiles, iguanas, basilisks, tree vipers, a quetzel, mokeys...the list goes on and on.

I´ve also taken about 300 pics with my digital camera so far. The camera is 6 megapixles, so I really have no idea how to post pics that are that large.
