Hoya problem and need some info on keeping rice flour beetles

Since many of you have frogs in your tanks, does anyone have any idea if rice flour beetles (the ones that don't fly) would be able to climb up the sides of a plastic large sized cricket keeper? Springtails would be easy to keep but they might jump out of my frog's feeding container since it is on the small side (five or six inches tall at the most). My dart frog is getting tired of crickets and I would like to add some variety to her diet. Also, I have a hoya Rubra plant that only has one leaf left and I had to cut a pieced out of it due to bacterial infection. How can I keep this plant alive in my frog's tank and save it?
