I would use the incandescent hood 6500k is better for plants also there is more wattage with the 2 bulbs
The only thing about the incandescent hood is that your stuck with those bulbs in the flourescent hoods you have more choice of different types of bulbs ex. reptile glo 2.0%, 5.0% or even cheaper plant grow lights from home depot. But if you want I dont know if they make them but you can buy 1 3500k and 1 6500k for a full spectrum lighting

The important thing here, besides the colour temp (which should be between 6500-6700K for a natural day-light appearance and good plant growth), is the lumens, not watts. Lumens is the measure of the actual light output. So if two mini screw-in compacts will put out more light than a fluo. tube (assuming your light fixture only holds one tube), then keep the incandescent fixture. HOWEVER, watch out for the fixture burning or melting. Compacts put out less heat than incandescents, but the compacts are bigger and therefore closer to the sides of the fixture. It shouldn't catch on fire or anything, but it might melt a bit over time. Mine did. Still works just fine, and looks fine on the outside, but just so ya know! =)
