help! help! ant plant rotting!help!

My myrmecodia tuberosa is rotting! I have put a fan on top of the terrarium to increase airflow and put a small pillbug/ rolliepollie( you probably know what Im talking about)in the entrance hole of the plant in the hopes that it would eat the rotting matter and fertalize the plant... I have also deacreased watering...but it is still rotting. Please Help!

Isopods can be detrimental as well as beneficial with plants IME.

Is your plant still among the living? Where is your plant rotting? Top? Base? Middle? A pic might be helpful.
