Well for starters, let's get you posting a pic first...K?

1...just type your message,...or in this case a reply to this post, changing the Subject of Posting line by one character.
2...open Photobucket in another tab
3...find the pic you want to post in the message,
4...click on HTML code found in the third box below the pic. It will say copied in yellow,
5...go back and paste the HTML in your message box,
6...hit preview,
You will then see your message, and the actual pic,
and
7... lastly hit submit.

We'll get into the size thing later once you are comfortable with posting a pic, or multiple pics in a message here at Test.

I assume that is you would like to post a link that someone can click on, and then go see the whole album...right?

You can do it.

1...Open your thread here and type your message
2...open a new tab, go to PB, and bring up the album you want to show off.
3...go up to the top of the page, and copy the URL (you know...the big long string of numbers and letters in the long browser box/window
4...come back to your message, and paste the URL into the box below the message box, labeled Optional Link URL
5...give the link a name in the Name of the Link box....wintersowing...or whatever
6...Hit Preview
7...lastly hit submit.

Oh....You will need to make sure that the album you are wanting to show off is set to Public at PB.

Ok...but the down side is that it is quite large. If you right click on the pic, and choose properties, you will see it is 1024pv X 768px. I'm not sure just what that translates to file size wise.

1...Without getting into resizing the pic you could also check the little box found just below the pic, and then at the bottom click on Generate HTML and IMG code
2...It will take you to a new page. Cope what is in the top box there, and paste it into your message box.
3...Hit Preview
5...you will then see your pic as it will appear when it is posted.
6...Submit
7...You now have made a clickable thumbnail (I think it is called) If you right click on the pic, Choose Properties you will then see the size of the file. My thumbnail of your pic, is just 5.08KB in size, which will load quickly for dial-up users. If one chooses to click on the small pic, you can then see a larger version. When the larger image is viewed, it is 240.96 KB in size...quite large for a dial-up user.

If you don't want the pic to be in the center of the message box, just leave off the < center > and the < / center > at the beginning and end of pic code you copied.

EUREKA! It works!

Your pis is quite big. You might consider making it a clickable thumbnail due to so many folks still being on dial-up. Your pic as it is is 192 KB.

If you are using Photobucket, try copying the HTML code found in a box below the pic. If the HTML code is not showing there, you might need to adjust your account settings.

This plant came up with some other seedlings. The foliage resembles Pride of Barbados, but grows close to the ground, has not bloomed, and sleeps when light dims.
