In The News II

Just continuing the discussion of the 8 year old girl giving birth to a baby.

I agree with all of the comments that the people are saying. Wack his pp off and lock him up for 30-40 years.
Discussing.

And pardon my stupidity but how young can a young girl get pregnant. Can a girl at age 6 or younger get pregnant?

I wonder if this girl isn't older than stated.

RE: In The News II

That is what I was wondering...when exactly did she go through puberty?

I do know that if a woman waits to have children until she is older, say in her 40's, then there is a 'longevity' gene that is passed on and after several generations, the life span of the offspring is much longer, and I think it is reverse for having children at an early age, then puberty will happen sooner for the offspring and life expectancy will also be shorter...another reason to WAIT until you are older to get pregnant, instead of while you are in high school.

Yes, Sandy, that's a sad possibility.

Brothers win lottery.

I read that article earlier in the day. By time they get done with the courts, lawyers, etc., they won't have anything left from the $75,000. Plus they have a criminal record now.

It sounds like lousy propaganda. (Is that the right term?)
I think most intelligent Koreans would not believe that most Americans live in poverty. I've known several Korean families through my lifetime who have come to live here, and they are highly intelligent.

You just can't believe everything you read/see in the media.

It just goes to show, that if guns aren't available(if they are taken away from the public) they will just use another weapon.

So do we need stricter knife laws? Maybe a background check to buy steak knives, or a waiting period to purchase an ice pick?

Let them fire their missile. If they think the planet is against them now, fire that missile, even their aliases will be against them.

I had hopes that being younger he would have turn his country around for the better. But I guess all of that brainwashing from his grandfather and father have done it's toll.

China has got to start stepping in here.

I will admit that the USA should have not sent those B1 bombers over there. All they are doing is adding fuel to the fire. What do you do with a kid throwing a temper tantrum? You ignore them and then they will see that their action is not getting them anywhere.

Treat the kid as a adult and try him for murder. But the court system probably won't do that. At least ban him for any sport whether he is in High School or College.

Plastic guns...what next?

j

 o
RE: In The News II

You are both welcome, Sandy & Jule.

I've been hearing about the plastic 'printer' gun for a while, but I am more concerned about a small 'tube' gun. I mean, why go through all of that trouble for a plastic gun, when one can be built which isn't much larger than an ink pen.

Particularly a small caliber such as a .22 could easily be built out of ordinary materials found around the house, and it could be made to look like a laser pen, or a thick ink pen...pretty scary.

Also, what about the bullets?? If the reporter would have tried to get on the train with common bullets, he would have been detected, correct?

Kt

 o
RE: In The News II

I've been hearing about them too, and have been curious about them but not enough to do a search. Interesting to see what they look like. Kind of like a squirt gun. And only one bullet.

Tube gun? Now that could be real trouble in the right/wrong(?) place, but not rapid fire, either.
