Avocado tree appears healthy but all the flowers fall off

HELP PLEASE. I purchased what I recall was a Hass Avocado 20 years or so ago. The tree appears healthy and beautiful. It has thousands of flowers every year but most drop off and I only end up with 4 or five avocados each year. I have fertilized with avocado fertilizer from Home Depot at least one if not twice a year and still the same result. I have taken pictures for you to view. Can anyone please help me? Thank you very much in advance!

A friend gave us a baby avocado tree this year, so we're just watching it for now. From what I understand, losing a bunch of flowers is pretty typical. You might want to consider giving it a hand by manually pollinating.

Here's a link to one of the sites I ran into looking up what to do with ours. Hope it helps.
