I'll give a clue, and you can try to name the song titles.

No prizes offered...just for fun.

#1 Obese personification fabricated of compressed mounds of minute crystals.

#2 Geographic state of fantasy during the season of nature's dormancy.

#3 Diminutive masculine master of skin-covered percussionistic cylinders.

If you need hints, I'll try to give some w/o giving away the answers.

Julie

Hints for #'s 2 & 3...
They are mostly played/sung during December.

#1 has something to do with Santa Claus and snow(obese/crystals).

#2 Winter Wonderland?

You're GOOD!!!

#2 - Correct!!

#1 - Nothing to do with Santa. Snow - yes.

Think NORTHERN climate.

RE: Name these tunes.

The first one I knew(thought I knew) because I heard the 'description' a couple of years ago and it stuck in my head.

You're hints for #1 & #2 "They are mostly played/sung during December", made me think that all were Christmas songs, so #2 was a total guess, but I have no idea what #1 could be...but I'm still thinking.

Hint: You wouldn't see that "Obese personification" in the South.

I'm going to go eat my pizza.

I'll check back here later.

Yes, I bet that's it, Bern! I wasn't thinking snow-'man'.

Can you tell that I've only seen snow about a dozen times in my life...huh?

Must be a good pizza...you've been gone a while:)

Good job Bernie...you got it!
I bet you made many snowmen in your days!

No chance of making a "Frosty" yet this year, here in SE WI...still experiencing a green winter.

Must be a good pizza.
Yup. I add mushrooms to my half of one pizza. We cook two med. size pizzas, and sometimes have enough for leftovers.

I had catfish and fries.
You'd have to search hard to find catfish as take-out food here...might see it in some sitdown restaurants.

Our original plan was to have lake perch and fries tonight, but the take-out place ran out of the fish, because of some "special" going on tonight...maybe next Fri. nite...

In my younger days, even a fort or two, along with some snowball fights. The good ol' days.

Mac and cheese here for supper.

Wasn't there a Beatle song with Koo-koo ka-choo.

 o
RE: Name these tunes.1

Had to look it up.

"I am the walrus, Koo-koo ka-choo"

 o
RE: Name these tunes.

Excellent!

A Simon & Garfunkel fan and a Beatle fan.

You both win a cookie!

RE: Name these tunes.

My neighbour brought me some cookies for Christmas.

They were(I think) oatmeal, with peanut butter and chocolate chips, and in just the right proportions...MMMMMMMMMM!!!!

I will be staying on her good side.
