Yes, I still have some. I set up my trade list tonight so maybe that will give you ideas as to what you could trade for the trees. Actually, the thing I would like most is a good home for them.

Where can I get a ginkgo tree in Knoxville?

MKelleyPaulk, are you wanting a male tree for your landscape or a seedling or what? Are you wanting a decent sized tree or just a baby? Tell us what you are looking for?

I would like a decent size male tree about 5 feet tall. I just cut down a Bradford pear. Want to landscape the front with a ginkgo and some kind of evergreen in front of window for privacy.

I would bet Thress Nursery (in Powell) would have a decent specimen. If you can, do the planting yourself. Their tree planting practices don't meet with my approval.

BTW, the area in the picture doesn't appear to be large enough for a full size Ginkgo when it starts getting big. It would be fine for a maybe a decade or two, but, if you are going to be living there for years, you might want to consider something smaller OR a somewhat dwarf ginkgo cultivar. I wouldn't be surprised if Thress didn't have at least one dwarf cultivar available. If not, check around, because someone will.
